1. Conclusion of the contract

Magazines are covered against hidden defects in accordance with the law.

The Property is sold “as is”, without express or implied warranty.

Payment is made online at the time of the order.

In case of refusal or failure of payment, the order may be cancelled.

In the event of non-compliance with contractual obligations by the Customer, the Seller may terminate the contract without notice.

9. Retention of ownership

The Seller remains the owner of the magazine until full payment is received.

In case of non-payment, he may require it to be returned.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This contract is subject to French law.

Any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts under the jurisdiction of the Seller's seat.
